Cancellation & Refunds Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
- To cancel, visit My Orders on our website or email us at info@sshf.in.
- Once an order is processed for dispatch, it cannot be canceled.
After Shipment:
- If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may refuse delivery and request a refund (shipping charges may be deducted).
2. Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged or Defective Items – If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, report it within 48 hours with photos/videos.
✅ Incorrect Item Received – If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours for a replacement.
✅ Size or Product Issue – Returns for size-related issues are accepted for select items. Check our product page for return eligibility.
Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
❌ Products without original packaging, tags, or invoice
❌ Customized or clearance sale items
3. Refund Policy
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Shipping Charges: Refunds exclude shipping fees unless the issue is due to our error.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or variant, request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund

- Attach clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable).
- Our team will review the request and arrange a pickup (if eligible).
